Flying Wheels Summer Century
May 30, 2015
|Camp Korey is thrilled to be partnering with the Cascade Bicycle Club and its first big ride of the season, Alaska Airlines Flying Wheels. Whether just starting out, or an experienced cyclist, Alaska Airlines Flying Wheels has something for everyone – a 25, 45, 65, and 100-mile route. The three longest routes will all feature a water/tech station at Camp Korey!|
Camp Korey empowers children and families living with life-altering medical conditions through year-round programs that bring joy, growth and healing. We have served over 4,000 children and families through a combination of onsite camp programs and community outreach. All our programs are always free of charge. Take a look at what your ride could mean for these campers...
Any rider who signs up through Team Korey and commits to raise $150 or more will receive:
1. Complimentary entry to the ride (the 25-, 45-, 65-, or 100-mile routes).
2. Team Korey t-shirt
3. An invitation to tour Camp Korey
4. Personal fundraising page to collect secure, online donations
Riders who raise over $250 will receive a custom Team Korey cycling jersey
Goal Rewards: Set your goal at $500 and we'll send you a free tube of NUUN, or set your goal at $1,000 and you'll be eligible to win a free weekend stay at a Worldmark by Wyndham resort (6,000 credits)
All of this, plus the perks of the ride itself (Schooner Exact beer garden, Finish festival, sports massages, etc). Get started by completing our registration, along with the $10 registration fee (also counts towards your fundraising total), and make a list of twenty people who would donate $15. If only half of them respond, you're good to go!
